Mr. Chandrashekhar Chitale, Partner, qualified in 1984.
He specialises in Corporate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Tax Audits and Taxation advisory services and.

He has written several articles in Newspapers and Periodicals including The Economic Times, the Management Accountant, Taxman, Arthamanthan, Sampada, Sakal, Maharashtra Times, Loksatta, etc. He is Treasurer of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture and is holding charge of its Direct Taxation Committee. He is member of Cost Assounting Standards Board of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India

Had been lecturer / visiting faculty at Garware College of Commerce and at various management institutions. He has also delivered lecture at ‘Vasant Vykhanmala’ at Pune (founded by Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak). EOU, registration of enterprises under various tax and other commercial law. He regularly appears for representing tax matters before assessing authorities, Commissioner (Appeals) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Mr. Pankaj Soni, Partner qualified in 2005.
He handles various large assignments for top industrial houses in and around Aurangabad and this also includes auditing in ERP environment. He specialises in Large Corporate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and Accounting Systems and Procedures. He has attended various seminars and workshops on topics of professional interest. He has advised various corporate in structuring accounting system, accounting manual and internal audit system. He is nominated on Direct Tax Committee of WIRC of ICAI for F.Y. 2014-2015

He also handles assignments related to salary taxation, electronic filing of forms and documents related to direct taxes. He is also involved in various activities of Aurangabad branch of institute of materials management.
